When users navigate results-oriented, they lack the patience to take the complex steps to get what they want. More complex interface designs require users to put more effort into exploring and browsing the product.

The user journey should be logical enough to perform tasks in a single application. It is actually unnecessary for users to switch between pages and applications to perform an action. Simplify the user journey in the mobile app journey and deliver all the information they need to their service.

2. Touch Screen Target Size

Mobile users can use their fingers or even toes to interact with the touchscreen. Our concern here is to make interface elements usable and large enough to capture operations. The question to be answered here is; there is only a small screen area and how big can we enlarge them?

Smartphone users use their thumbs more than other fingers when touching the screen. So without tiring them out, small touch targets can become frustrating as they require more validation and are prone to errors.

Not only is the size of the target important, but the spacing between targets is also important. If the action buttons are too close, you can perform bad actions that cause

3. Leave Control to Users

You should give it to users as they will be happier when they feel in control.

In the mobile journey, the more users benefit from personalization, and the more decisions they can make, the they become more satisfied. For them, the services you will provide such as changing settings, managing and controlling notifications, and undoing their actions will increase their control competencies. Usually, apps can suggest actions or give warnings, but the decision should be left to the users, not the apps.

Notify users of situations. Make notifications about what's going on. While making these notifications, integrate status and other feedback into the interface in a way that does not hinder the workflow of the users. In mobile applications, when registration is required, first put the demo use into service. 

4. Keep Content Texts Minimal and Readable

The key to typography when creating mobile app designs is readability. UX design courses teach students how to provide readable content to users. The user who cannot read the contents will not be a loyal user of your application. While creating the content, you should prepare the designs in a clear and simple order accordingly, and convey the message you want to give effortlessly.

Another thing that affects readability is spacing and order. Correct setting of these will facilitate access to information without tiring the user. Content and spaces between texts make it easier for the user to read and stimulate the motivation to access more information.

5. Visibility of Important Interface Elements

Smartphones are used everywhere because of their portable features. Therefore, in order to access information, users navigate mobile applications before choosing desktop software. Mobile usage areas are used everywhere, regardless of the place, as long as the battery of the phone is full, inside the house, outside the house, on airplanes, trains, buses, cars, underground, and above ground.
